Q: Where is Branches Coaching located?

A: Branches Coaching is virtual! You can have a life coach in the comfort of your own home or office any where in U.S. If you have access to internet whether through computer or smartphone then you can have coaching.


Q: What issues does a life Coach cover?
A: A life coach works with anyone who feels stuck in their current situation and wants to move forward on accomplishing goals to make their life more about their passions and dreams!


Q: What is the difference between a Life Coach and a Counselor?

A: A life coach is someone who takes a person where they currently are to where they want to go. They journey alongside a client to help them accomplish goals, dreams or find purpose in their life. A counselor works with a client to work on past traumas and feelings to help them thrive where they currently are in life.


Q: What is my first step if I want Life Coaching?

A: Call Branches Coaching at 615-697-4055 to set up an appointment or leave a message.


Q: What will the first call to Branches be like?

A: When you call Branches, our life coach will gather some basic information from you such as: your name, address, phone, email, and a brief explanation of your reason for seeking a life coach. They will also help to answer any questions you may have. Then you will have an appointment set up.


Q: What happens after appointment is set up?

A: After your first appointment is set up you will receive a welcome email with some paperwork to be filled out along with instructions on how to do the video conferencing.


Q: How much does a session cost?

A: Our standard rate is $95 for 45-50 minute session.


Q: How do I pay?

A: You can pay with credit card when setting up initial session. We require pre-payment equal to your first session fee to hold your first appointment. After that we will ask to keep a credit card on file to charge at each visit or to cover missed appointments.


Q: Why do I have to pay in advance for my first appointment?

A: When you accept an appointment time, our life coach will set aside that time and is committed to being there for you. Missed appointments result in loss of time for our life coach. The pre-paid fee is a commitment on your part that you will be at your first appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us 24 hours in advance and we will gladly reschedule you.


Q: What happens if I miss an appointment or late cancel?/strong>

A: We will automatically charge your credit card a missed appointment fee which is $75.


Q: Can I use insurance for Life Coaching?

A. No, unfortunately insurance does not cover life coaching.


Q: How often will I see my Life Coach?

A: You and your life coach will decide on the frequency of your sessions. Some clients have sessions once a week, once every other week, or once a month. It depends on your goals you want to accomplish.
